Meet the Team

As the Treatment Coordinator at our practice, Alysha is instrumental in ensuring our patients' seamless journey. Her role involves warmly welcoming new patients and thoughtfully presenting treatment options, cultivating an environment of comfort and trust. She is a certified and licensed Dental Assistant with experience that spans both general and periodontal dentistry.

Alysha's favorite part of her role is crafting a welcoming and positive experience for patients and educating patients about how to take care of their smile. Her enthusiasm for empowering patients to maintain a healthy smile resonates in her patient interactions.

Outside of the office, Alysha loves biking, boating, and hiking, and being in nature.

Jessie plays a pivotal role in facilitating remote patient care and enhancing the treatment process. Her responsibilities encompass a range of tasks, including collaborating with Dr. Wang on patient care from a distance, utilizing 3D printing technology to create models, and skillfully crafting in-house retainers.

Witnessing the transformational journey of patients undergoing treatment is Jessie's favorite part of the job. She derives particular satisfaction from observing the profound impact orthodontic care has on patients' self-confidence, as their smiles radiate newfound assurance.

When not at work, Jessie loves to spend time in nature and with her friends and family.

Erin works hard to create a positive experience for everyone that enters our office every day. She leads a team made of people whose combined skills, love, and empathy make every person’s time with us memorable.

With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Hai plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our practice. She is the point person for various vital tasks, including scheduling, managing insurance matters, handling financial aspects, and providing essential support to the admin team.

What Hai treasures most about her role is the genuine interactions she has with patients, and working with our exceptional team. 

Away from work, Hai embraces life's simple pleasures with her husband and their lovable Pembroke Welsh Corgi. Exploring Minnesota trails, going on walks, and teaching their furry companion new tricks bring immense joy. Hai also finds fulfillment in various creative pursuits, from nail art to crochet, and even indulging in the local theater scene.

Madison is instrumental in welcoming patients and guiding them on their orthodontic journey, making sure they are fully equipped for a successful transformation.

As a Treatment Coordinator, Madison's favorite aspect of her role lies in the wonderful opportunity to meet and greet new patients. Her genuine enthusiasm shines through in these interactions, as she wholeheartedly embraces each patient's unique journey.

Beyond her professional commitments, loves traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her Corgi companion, Zeppelin.

Wendy may have joined our team in 2019, but she was originally a Lakes Orthodontics patient! Now, she uses her hands-on skills to assist Dr. Wang, and places and removes braces and ties on our awesome patients.

Wendy enjoys arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and cruising around on her motorcycle!

Shannon, a Licensed Dental Assistant at Lakes Orthodontics, brings her expertise and enthusiasm to our practice. Having started her dental assisting career in general dentistry, Shannon transitioned her focus to orthodontics, marking her commitment to specialized patient care. With her versatile background, she seamlessly adapts to the unique demands of orthodontic practice.

Shannon's favorite aspect of her role is witnessing patients embark on transformative journeys and embrace newfound confidence in their smiles. Working alongside a fantastic team and engaging with remarkable patients daily are her favorite parts of the job.

Beyond her dental endeavors, Shannon's world revolves around her beloved canine companion. Shannon likes to go on adventures with her dog, like being in the great outdoors!
